"I found the Management Boot Camp a highly comprehensive course giving a “behind the scenes” look at the role of a manager. However it does not stop there. "Our business has operated for 6 years, mostly growing by word of mouth, providing bricklaying services to mid sized construction projects (mixed commercial/residential) worth up to $300k for us. As the owner, I had 6 full time staff and as many contractors as I needed for each job. I was working 80-100 hours a week and felt like I was spending all my time putting out fires. As often as I had tried to get the business to the next level, nothing seemed to work. Business coaching was referred to me by someone in the construction industry.
